Overall consider not too bad except commercial title so expect higher assessment rate and utility. And future seaview block perhaps. But no worry. Plenty of land in Andaman. More development. Stay tune.

Good luck waiting for the lifts. High density with not enough lifts. The amount of units vs no of lifts makes this feel like low cost housing

Personally I think consider low for current day…
I really like andaman island but i miss out the Meg and now priced out by Arica.
Hopefully E&O is considering launching new residential condo priced between 600k – 800k in future.

I don’t buy The Meg. Arica is a better project for own stay as all unit dedicated for 2 carpark at least. If you want invest then go for The Meg as many studio unit with 1 carpark only.
It’s a mix development for Andaman. That’s affordable house also in this area later but expected leasehold. Many choice & don’t worry. It’s matter of time. Some reserved land for state government in Andaman too.
