You can walk in to Ideal office and ask.
If for state government affordable unit you have to go through state perumahan.
If you look for open unit 500k then go ahead with developer.
Personal I feel expensive in that location. But understand now everything expensive.

Amarene. Poor finishing. Water leakage. And free waterfall. Maintenance fees increasing right after CCC.
Queens waterfront. Paying premium price. But received with worst accessibility control system and low/poor privacy by management with racing car park of design nature for this development. It’s alike affordable house management.

Yes correct, do the search and investigation first at Amarene and Lucerne property talk site before putting your money in and regret later.

Amarene and lucerne are basically from the same contractor, fyi all Ideal project will be using the same developer’s relative’s company positive upaya as management , we as the first home buyer for self staying purpose are not afraid of reveal all these worst and regretful experience, we just want to create some pressure using this platform to developer, despite we have made our complaint to developer.

I see. How about Queens waterfront contractor achictect? Same also? How come their material quality & finishing better than other Ideal project?
No need bother to apply for state unit in Maldives. Already allow developer to choose the eligible applicant rather than letting government to allocate to the really in need’s B40. Just choose the open public unit while it still open. Look at ideal venice, people been applying for 3 years, just to found out all the unit has been booked by buyers, including the state units

I would suggest you to consider THE LIGHT by IJM If you have the same amount of money , i have been there visit to my friends’ condo unit, similar concept but finishing, design and management is all better.

I don’t think so overall are better. And I believe traffic jam condition going to get worst in that area. And personally I don’t like shopping mall just right beside my condo.
I’m going to wait for Q3 or any subsale Q2/1. I prefer the Queens environment very much better than The light.

If AG still acceptable as quite many of my friend bought in Quaywest/The Zen at 300k to 400k+ with seaview.
The pier/Zen9 upnext.. let’s wait. The price definitely lower than Waterfront.
