    Yalor, petition sent and land owner is approved to develop. Also, a highway from Relau –> hills –> Teluk Kumbar. Expect this area to be jam if the highway entry & exit from Sg Ara. Sad to see that area’s road side will be parked with cars & factory bus/van once this project completed.
