Nowadays affordable housing super dense, yet located in inaccessible locations, no public transport access so they have to build monstrous car parks but yet still got illegal parking everywhere. High density is the perfect opportunity for public transport and commercial area within walking distance but the planners never give consideration to affordable housing so end up everyone have to drive and congest the area. Also they forgot to mention that this site right next to STP, always place affordable housing in undesirable location, are they actually trying to improve the housing situation or simply build just to fill their quota?
@Tew
If you don’t want congested better come mainland.
No need to occupy in a pigeon hole.
In Island more congested more occupied mean Huar ar! Ong ar! More value. If you want less congested area, you can choose Teluk Bahang or Balik pulau. Perfect.
