GEM Residences, a commercial development by Belleview Group at Prai, Penang. It is part of the company’s 6 hectares mixed development along Jalan Baru, diagonally opposite Megamall Penang.     Mall is hard to be successful in Penang as our community doesn’t spend much other than for property and cars.
    And this post is about GEM residences, which is so near to power line so not preferable by many people.
