Some condo management still don’t allow renovation, citing the SOP mentioned residential houses, meaning landed house. Those who got keys for condo since last year is really bad luck for moving in. GGWP
@jack
Sangat bodoh la management macam ini, residential house means house or condo unit for the purpose of residents staying inside the premise. Don’t see the why would the Government allows renovation at landed house but prohibit it at condo or apartment. The condo management should have contacted MKN or Local Government Ministry to obtain clairifcation rather than read and interpret the SOP by its own understanding.
Some people like to buat bodoh and just want to make life difficult for residents, wait for KPKT directives.
Is the contractor required to obtained latest approval from MITI in order to proceed with the renovation work?
What is the latest requirement to renovate ( install wardrobe) the house in condo. Contractor must have MITI? The rule have contradicted.
