A newly proposed commercial development by Ribuan Wangsa Sdn. Bhd in George Town. It is strategically located at the intersection of Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway and Gat Lebuh Cecil, only about 5 minutes drive from Penang Bridge. The land is currently being used as an event venue, known as Gudang @ Lebuh Cecil.

The proposed development will see the demolition of the existing building, for the construction of 6 units single-storey and 4 units 2-storey shop lots. However, it is not known whether the units will be open for sale.

This project is still pending approval. More details to be available upon official launch.
