    Ideal always have a great design. But the piping and leaking issue 2 to 3 years you will see the problem. Other than that sound proof also a big problem. You will heard your neighbours foot step sound easily. Not sure this round using same contractor????

    Architect was from East Design.
    Same architect as IJM The Light Linear.

    IJM the Light Linear nothing to brag about.

    Workmanship issue is more about the main-con / sub-con they used. Not so much abt architect.
