Yet another proposed commercial development in the heart of George Town. Strategically located at the intersection of Jalan Burma and Lorong Kinta near where MEKIO Home Furnishing currently sits on.  It is only a few minutes’ walk distance to KOMTAR, situated outside of George Town UNESCO world heritage buffer zone.

The proposed development will see the refurbishment of the existing 24 shoplots, and the construction of a 46-storey commercial building offering 226 units of serviced suites. The building will include an automated robotic parking system.

The project is still pending approval. More details will be available upon official launch.

      Agree. Looks like Penang state govt don’t care about surrounding neighbours and their rights as existing residents at that area. Simply approve as long as can charge fees – purely money minded leadership & govt.

    Already jam and road is very narrow. Good luck to nearby landed residents. Really a good planning HAHAHA

    The tower extension at M Summit 191 Magazine has created a new benchmark in illegal construction in Penang. The plot has no road access only laneway. No offsets, the whole plot is 16 storey tower. The developer has been gifted public laneway by the authority. Shame on Penang.
