really very desperate, every few weeks call ask for submit loan la bla bla.. annoying.
withdrew my cheque. completely waste of time.
always ask for loan pre-assessment which is an actual full loan application according to a bank manager. end up early booking with cheque don’t get early selection. priority is given to those obedient customer that proceed with so called loan pre-assessment.
I think the response is so good until they are chasing customer away. no question ask when I took back my cheque.
I heard my friend say they are calling people for selecting unit since last week.. My friend receive sms ask to go for select unit but he dint go yet…

Yes, i think Co-Home is doing well, as the concept is totally acceptable to me, because i only have condo budget and now i can enjoy a landed feel. haha, just my 2 cent of thought.

Batu Kawan is one if most anticipated & exciting township to develop in upcoming 10 years by Penang state government. All economy activities & new company to be set up. The property price will grow gradually when demand increased as more and more company & people stay to stable down in this town. That’s very much better environment & less occupied compare to Island. Landscape & greenery environment is a key factor for those who wish to experience where you hardly get from busy congested island. All new development will be in batu kawan since land limited in island.

agree!! in penang there is no more big land can be develop like in batu kawan with such nice landscape & environment. SPsetia is developing big township in kepala batas & bertam but personally think distance is further far away. Batu kawan development is fully supported by Penang government, times will tell & lets see!

from your statement maybe can make some point. Island much suit for tourism/ retirement, in other hand (mainland) is much more development ..
so both also have pro and con..
Is depend how you look and what you want for your future asset.
For a property development to mature & succeed and for the population to move in in droves, you need to have primary and secondary schools to be located conveniently in the midst of development. I don’t believe there has been any emphasis on building schools by the PDC or attention paid to same by developers.

We don’t jam on Monday to Friday, Weekend we got plenty of time to spend
petrol station, grocery supermarket, a hospital is in the pipeline and for the pendatang , a Chinese primary school is coming soon, so most basic necessity is being taken care of…what’s next maybe a wet market? food court ? international school? also lacking some services like car workshop..

Every lunchtime you see many people going to Tambun to eat.
PDC expects you who live/work at Batu Kawan can afford every meal McD KFC Sushi Burger King.
