I was told by the Paramount sales office that they will help to apply the utility bills (TNB, PBA) to residential rate in bulks, instead of the buyer do it themselves. But no confirmation on the Indah Water bill, whether this can be converted to residential rate. Anyone know? Or any existing commercial HDA title owner know and can share the experience? I also have doubt that how would developer convert all by default cause some use for commercial? I really don’t understand.. anyone have any insights?
