It is not possible for you guys to buy a LMC unit at RM72,500 with BSG Property. The law only require the developer to construct LMC units in exchange to build and sell premium houses. But it dint specifically force the developer to sell the LMC unit (until the new vacant property tax enforce). Even you received a letter from the council for eligible to purchase a unit for this project. The developer will tell you the project is already sold out. Good luck.
