    No one want to buy a property in the area. Saw many dumped houses, no one want to hire. Tak laku! I received many invitations from the same developer for almost a year. If you go to see by yourself,you will know why Bertam is a bad place for you.

    I am from kepala batas. Bertam is indeed kawasan banjir. but the project above is a good area dan bertam sekarang membangun. Banyak sekolah, kedai dan dekat dengan hospital. I love Kepala Batas
