What is the long form of CT? Or just because CT sounds good so we put CT?
@CT
CT stands for Chin Teik. Kenny Ong just name the company after his father Ong Chin Teik – an olden day famous shipping business man.
Thanks. Good to know since the article didn’t explain
It seems this project is relatively small with only 6.5 acres only. First and foremost, that area needs more “bigger roads” or highways to enhance its “long qi” (龙气) since it’s surrounded with hills(靠山) which is auspicious enough.
Do make some roadshows, ideally in China.
This project is a start for Balik Pulau to flourish and getting developed.As more commercial and retail industries move in, I think Balik Pulau residential landed properties will be sought after.
Just hope it will not be over developed like all the condos in Relau and Bayan Lepas.
