luxury condo and super condo proposals were reduced in Penang in the last few years, but now its quite surprising that they are proposing a luxury development, looks like with the Gurney Wharf project is successfully progressing, it could draw an influx of health and environment conscious well-off community which would give boost to high end property development in gurney, kelawei and northam road once again. it like my dream to have a property there. i have a property in Summer Place main reason to buy it was the awesome environment where every morning and evening walking, jogging Karpal Singh drive (Promenade).
Gurney drive plus Gurney Wharf is 10 times more beautiful. I’m sure there is going to be another wave of high end property demand in Gurney.
