    this area was extremely congested, not even can breath a fresh air now.
    Sincerely hope that PH goverment can take consideration of the living quality of rakyat Penag.
    Propose to convert the residential project to recreation park.

    What the heck!! This is the only one precious greenery around that neighbourhood but soon going to be covered up with another 48 storeys concrete. Pretty sad.

    Hope that PH government can hear our sound here, leave more green leaf to our neighborhood
    more fresh air for our next generation, a balance living environment.
    Or maybe we can send our petition to ADUN for our request.

    Although its tall, its only 1 single block – and its density of 500 is considered OK compared to other nearby developments. I think the land used to build landed houses here, together with those in Imperial Grande, should be kept as parks/open space

    Hope that PH government can listen to people’s voice after the Tanjung Piai by election. Moving forward for development is good but also need to balance the quality of living. The propose area is so pack which surrounded by numerous of condo. Road side is fully park with vehicle. All the main road is terrible jam. Really hope that PH government can change the propose project to recreation park. Where people can jogging, playing ball, neighborhood bonding and enjoy fresh air.

    Look at the map carefully. It left so little green piece. We should step Up to preserve it for the sake of the next generation.

    Avoid this area at all cost. Poor planning. The traffic is already bad now, when there are still so many empty condos and more still under construction. There is 0 infrastructure development to ease traffic in and out of this area. Just imagine yourself the next 10 years when those condos are fully occupied.

    Yes, truly sad. Where are the greens, spaces for recreational activities? We must reconsider if current state government nit listening. Arrogance seems prevalent.

    Build build build even in small postage stamp sized land….just look around, no greens left at all. Either towers or choked roads. Cry for penang.

    Those who are interested pls think twice again if you wish to be stuck in traffic every day, every hour. This place has been floated with condos and yet the road never got upgraded. How the government can keep approving the project without really studying the main road connecting these condos? I am a resident of this area and look at how badly jam along bukit jambul road.
