i-Jewel, a proposed freehold mixed development by GVC Property Sdn. Bhd. (Ideal Property Group) at Sungai Ara. Strategically located along Persiaran Bayan, adjacent to SK Sungai Ara and SJKC Chong Cheng. It is about 1km to Setia SPICE Arena, under 5 minutes’ drive to Penang International Airport.

    Traffic Jam almost every working day in the morning @ Sungai Ara especially Persiaran Bayan. With this development, it will getting worst. Please consider to build a better road and i am wondering why developers keep on pumping with super high rise buildings, but government did not welly control over the traffic conditions. Btw, every Friday there is pasar malam yeah…

    This small pcs of land build high dense condo……
    8 level car park really a con …….
    2 side is a main road will be noisy to the max…..
    Pro:
    Near airport but u not really go airport everyday
    school just opposite
    easy for eldest taking a bus beside the road.

    Yeah, let’s not build anything else other than high-rise. Ideal hasn’t built enough near airport. Few thousand units all sold out and occupied right? Good luck using this road.

    Sg. Ara really need this type of mixed development. Especially the shop-lots very convenient to the surrounding community. Very appreciate. Keep it up. I’m looking forward especially the successes of the Solaria Square.
