Syarikat yg tidak qualified atau membuat rumah teres yg tidak berkualiti, saya pernah beli dr syarikat ini dahulu dikenali sebg solid gold.mo tierra residenced rumah teres 3 tingkat tingkat 1 leaking tingkat 2 pun leaking jual mahal tapi takder quality.berhati2 dgn pemaju ini.

Selalunya org yg beli tak p tinggal maybe 1 thn 2 baru pi lepas maklum masalah leaking lepas tangan mcm tue jer…ckp dah habis tempoh..kira duit saja…boss dia mr kenneth lim, boss kalau nak buat duit cuba selesaikan masalah pelanggan, jgn ambil kesempatan dgn menyediakan kuality yg rendah…

Hopefully developer will provide best quality & workmanship based on their past lesson learned. No more water leakage/crack & poor furnishing. 65 units only & workmanship should improve for this project. Anyone has any concern on river beside of this development? Location is not really strategic & over supply but personally think is good for own stay if ignore on investment point.

Any one knows if the main road will be widen ? Any development nearby ?

Hopeless if come to this developer. Don’t expect much from this developer. If they able to ensure quality of house funishing with good workmanship then consider perfect already. Seriously got doubt of quality delivered.

One of worst development by this contractor.
Be aware on the quality delivered & getting worst.
Not worth as get ready for leaking everywhere.
Not optimistic with overall development in this area.

Ppl start moving in.. not sure about quality.. amenities getting more from nearby setia pearl to plenty of commercial building along Jln Tun Dr Awang.. traffic become slower.. cannot imagine after airport expansion and mitsui open.
