Starting was on Q1 2019, The Penang gov give extend due to covid
The extension was only for March to August 2020 (167 days). Was there another extension? Seems like a common issue with Asia Green.
Don’t worry, it will be by this year and Asia Green is doing its best to provide the best Zen without any defect. The wait is worth it

i remember last time them put not 3 year more then that. 4 if not mistake if + 167 its mean 4 year 167.
i contact people on asia green them say on Q1 2024 will be last date to release the project. However in market everyone was target end of year EOY

I passed by Zens this morning, level 7th car park has light. Zen 6 was painted in black partially, i guess Zens will be in black with LED lights like QuayWest.
Asia Green informed they expects Zens will be built by this year.

Wahlau, so-called affordable condominium at 300k now selling at min of 600k.
Let assume you bought it 600k, you need to fork out 10% down payment + the below estimation fees.
1. Legal fees approx. at RM7,250
2. Stamp duty for MOT at RM12,000
3. Stamp duty for loan at RM3,000
4. Other miscellaneous lawyer fees + valuation fees probably at RM10-15k?
It’s not cheap to consider sub-sales.

480k. This is consider cheaper unit already.
Fully seaview & upgraded unit with 2 cp. This location is very good & strategic. 650k is consider very reasonable. Let me know if interested as slightly nego. I will move to KL permanent that’s why let go.
