Standard units are 650k++ (depending on size and location) after rebate.. You can go to the sales office. They have complete price list there…

I went during a weekend not too long ago and I did notice the smell from the nearby chicken farm during the rainy day. Perhaps my nose was too sensitive , you can let me know if you noticed it too!

For those who are looking for this project, please bear in mind that the quality might not be what u expected. I’ve just sold my unit because of unprofessional IJM management and poor quality built.
Most of the owners are facing floor tiles issue where the tiles popped-up even has been rectified by IJM.
Flies issue especially after raining season.
You will regret for buying this project. Good luck.
