    Visited this project. Is G&G and i think is good choice to buy due to recent many criminal cases happened around and the price still acceptable -RM 558,000 and not RM538,000 with all the legal fees paid by developer. One thing to consider is the surrounding.

    dont ever trust the developer. their promises are like roti plata. not pets friendly. poor security and double standard on renovation policy.
