I just want to share some opinion only…if u have holding power then u can choose either 1 project at batu kawan bcoz it will be bloom after 5 years and remember property wont let u losing money

Was checking the progress of Suasana. The progress is awesome… 2-3 floors/month and on track. No regret buying this project.

Just imagine the number of foreign workers needed for their workforce.
Developpers are not hesitate to pay 1500 ringgit to cramp 10 workers in one apartment.
