Unpaved dirt roads still can use wat.
I think by the time this project completed, the road would have been paved.
Unpaved dirt shall turn to golden road connect to Batu Kawan busy area soon. See now on-going pavement work for this access road. Dont know timeline for this project and price range? More details?

Hey all..
Heard of them previously and didn’t bother to ask for more details since I do not need it back then. Nanyang does a write up recently and looks like the developer is actively promoting it. Too bad missed their property tour… Heard that they have 2 sample units for viewings. It has a very interesting concept and we have been attracted to it, also been told that Jalan Perusahaan Valdor will be ready end of this year. Have anyone secured a unit in there?

The road will be in great condition as the Chief Minister of Penang has visited us and told us that they will do their best to improve the road condition to perfection!

The developer are giving rebates differently to different client, it was absurdly unfair and dishonest. That’s the reason they cant sell off until VP and overpriced!
