Never buy a GSD Land project. My friends bought Summerton, Sierra residence and Gardens Ville, all complaint like hell. This is because the developer will never bother about the after sale service. Everything you complaint they will turn a deaf ear. Especially their so call maintenance manager Mr. Soon. His attitude is so bad, treated us like a flat buyer rather than condo buyer. So, my advise is, NEVER BUY GSD LAND projects!

but if u got issue regarding management u can complaint to COB
if defects problem u can go to tribunal.
and there is no 100% perfect things in the world.

CORFIELD is another company setup by GSD Land. As per the above comments stated, GSD Land is of bad reputation now in the market due to their low quality projects.

told me today got around 20 appointment. Yesterday alreday

GSD is a irresponsible developer you can come to Skycube and see what a lousy facilities they given … small saving of the project cost is damaging GSD reputation … we are the victim of GSD project.
If really a good developer we will give a praise … but forever I will not buy any of GSD project .. you know some people just can afford to buy one house in a life time … lesson learn better do a proper survey of developer background before decide to buy a house
last month i visited my friend stay at skycube.
i feel the quality is quite OK & my friend also not much complain
just they reduce the swimming pool size and compensate a ‘mushroom’
and i hope that senzville come out quality not same as
Ara Green & Halaman selasih. (of course there r LMC & LC)

Perhaps you do not know .let me share with you something is happened at skycube
1.six brand new lift close button no response since from day 1 .. now already 15th months past. Lift finishing does not met the condo quality ..is more for apartment.2. Play geound with metal only …. u see yourself u will know …. my old flat even better then skycube play ground
3. Mushroom pool no one is playing as most childs get injured due to design defect.
4. Car park indoor turning point too narrow n view being block .. potential accident happen due to view being blocked
5. Indoor car park being squeeze to draw extra lot even until turning point also lot being assigned
Next round when u come to skycube please examine my statement … i have no conflict with GSD but being the buyer i am very much regret

Yes, that day went to visit my fiend, becoz visitor car park is
in level 4. when go up feel very weird. if not careful will cause accident,
but this all plan by architect and the plan also need to submit to
local authority for approved…… FYI onece the car park plan submit for the
title, is very difficult to amend.

I personally have very good impression of GSD , unfortunately nightmare after I took over my Skycube unit and all my good impression of GSD gone overnight. Very sad to quote this but i am not try to bad mouth of GSD but share the fact and factual of what i experienced ..good luck

What is the title of this project? Residential or commercial? If residential, pls take note that new law is coming up to illegalise homestay for residential units. If it’s commercial, then it’s ok.
just hope is GSD can install CCTV inside the lift.
what i notice, skycube dun have just certain lift lobby floor.
like Idaman Selasih LMC (Ideal Project ) also have CCTV inside the lift,

if u notice the snp lift lobby plan and the brochure plan
is not same anymore….

I think no more . Coz only 15 unit for the executive penthouse at 4th-6th floor. What Im happy about is my unit has 4 car parks. Another thing is all units balcony are facing South. Means the corridor no entrance door to door. So we will have more privatecy and can open our entrance door all the time to let the air circulation inside our house.

but concern is that when heavy downpour rain time, will the water splashing from the low parapet wall into the main door… cuz every corridor is open one…
Keenbuyer, you got the point. The corridor I heard is 4 feet wide. The corner unit the water won’t splash in coz front of the entrance door is the one of the 3 fire stairs wall..above than 7th floor maybe the rain water ‘ll splash in if has wind.

But I have other condo in Bayan Baru also private corridor and went big wind and heavy rain water will splash on my grill but not into the foyer. Coz I did a transparent plastic board half high screw on my grill. As the guy did my toilet door people do only RM50.

the low wall to main door +- 4.2 meter
the low wall to grille door +- 2.4 meter
just concern the ‘corridor low wall’ in front of the
house entrance is not ‘a wall’!

Hi…anyone knows that the Sunway’s projects in Sg.Ara already got green light to start. Many green mountains in Sg. Ara will have to chop & cut to build high rise & landed . So worry about the traffic Jam in Sg.Ara getting worse!

had to agreed. i am owner of ARA Green. low cost house built by GSD behind this project. Mr Soon is so arrogant when we talk to him. The house start to leaking during rain after 2yr. over the DLP, but we request them to repaint and waterproofing it. He talk like samseng, threaten us.. not follow up given. Many unit havign the leaking issue. Bad developer
