Own stay ok la. If wana rent, ur pocket will bleed, paying high maintenance and interest for other ppl to stay (subsidise other ppl lifestyle)

Same thought. Also need to prepare for higher maintenance fees if carpark elevator broke down. Not delevoper reliability once warranty period over. U can see what happened on wellesley resident, one of most expensive maintenance rate in mainland

Based on the price quoted for the 1008sq/ft unit, i’ll say the price is closer to Rm650-670 psf.

PROS: Location, low density and reasonable price/sq.ft (due to location).
