Should be very expensive and developer knows that local Penangite might not in favour in term of price and location so….overseas buyers have no idea about this place and market price of Penang ..hahah

More malls around this airport region but likely end up serving local residents. One Super-Mall integrated with an upgraded Airport could beat all to become the all-in-one n one-for-all regional mixed-retail magnet in Penang Island.

What is the selling price RM per square foot?

    February 16th, 2017 at 20:11 | #14

Not good. Especially since Ideal is working with the notorious MBI. We have a failed example of M Mall (next to Penang Time Square). If they run in the same manner without the ability to pull in anchor tenant then this will be another haunted mall in Penang. Probably worst than Prangin.

The only reason why Ideal is working closely with MBI is because of MBI’s wide membership base from China. Ideal Group which is known of having good relationship with govt, has been embarking on crazy expansion in Penang in the past few years. I supposed they want to get all their projects approve before the next election. I wonder if Ideal has the financial means to build all these projects.

Agree with you unless the mall is managed by Capitaland like Gurney and Queensbay.

We need a good hospital in Bayan Lepas not shopping mall. Only one lousy Pantai Hospital in the entire Bayan Lepas.

Look abandon. I can see it become swimming pool already from Clover. Hope the base they build on won’t be soft if they intend to continue to build this project on the abandon “swimming pool” 😀

    Cannot use M-points anymore.
Luckily was able to exchange the M-points for holiday tour package to Europe and USA.

This project one day will be scrapped. Big shots are either being monitored or arrested.
Small fishes like us, just hoping that we can recoup the capital and hopefully MULA ehailing can make profit and return to investor back.
