    So this development will go on the hillslope which has been cleared but is already slipping??? Surely not.

    So, any visuals or evidence that this hill slope is slipping? Is it a landslide area?

    since 2016 the land has been covered by geotextile till now. and landslip mitigation up the slope only started this year. and not sure how good is the mitigation.
    just like opposite surin, last time also did few times of retaining wall, but still serious landslides still happened on 2017.
    you can just google image it back dated to few years back and you will know the truth.
