hi koay, LMC and LC is not available for public anywhere in Penang. If there are people who said they bought it (LMC & LC) directly from developer, there should have been ‘hidden’ fees. My advice is go back to Perumahan (komtar), check your application status. Put in a letter if you need to. Good luck.
Agreed. If you had applied since 2015 you should have follow up at Perumahan and not waiting for them to call you.

First of all it is by the useless Malay developer that built D’Piazza
Secondly, so much issues in the construction process which might affect the tenants in the end
Thirdly, flood prone area
