A newly proposed affordable housing by Hunza’s wholly-owned unit, Diamaward (M) Sdn Bhd, at Sungai Ara. It is located next to Taman Sungai Ara, about 1.5km away from SJK(C) Chong Cheng.
This development comprises three 49-storey towers offering a total 1,390 affordable units:

for sub sale unit, if ur cp above lvl4 already hard to sell, some buyer already paid 1% deposit but dint ask cp at which flr, after know that cp at lvl5, that buyer ask cancel and willing forfeit the deposit…
Again few thousand units. Penang housing is totally not balance with the population. Penang actually need more low cost and low medium cost from 100k to 200k because the poor group are really can’t afford with our “affordable housing”.

In a society, you always have low, middle and high income group, no matter which country you go, except communist. So, general definition is :-
(1) High income means you can afford everything you desire, and still have plenty of money left. (2) Middle income means you can afford most ESSENTIAL things you need, plus a few small luxuries, with not much money left.
(3) Low income means you cannot afford most things you need or desire, with probably negative personal cash flow most of the time, meaning you almost don’t have enough money for anything.
And I stress, these 3 distinct groups will always exist no matter which country you go except communist. The most productive thing for the low income is to figure out how to move himself up to middle income, instead of whining and blaming others.
When you buy a condo surrounded by LC, MC or LMC apartment, you are just like a diamond shining amongst the area. You must feel LC when you walk out from your condo because you are shine. Remember, when you buy a condo surrounded by a super condo, you sure feel shy because you are not same standard with super condo. Here are the advantages and disadvantages.

I very interested this project, when can register? Anyone got info for this project? Good location, surrounding all landed housing. Before think to buy golden triangle there but felt clouded, almost 8k units or 30~40 apartments at there. Now i preferred this project if compared there. Sg. Ara is best location for factory worker to staying & also easy to rent. I love Sg. Ara…..
Is it? Easy to rent? Need more advice. Because it consider high density. With another 1239 units to grab tenant with you.
