A proposed redevelopment project by Copthorne Orchid Penang Sdn. Bhd. at Tanjung Bungah. It is strategically located along Jalan Tanjung Bungah, next to The Cove condominium. This will see a demolition of existing 20-storey hotel building, to be replaced by a 60-storey hotel and condominium tower.

The new building will features a mix of 420-room hotel and 217 condominium units.

This project is still pending for approval. Details to be available upon project launch.

    crazy…. i’d love to see a 60 storey skyscraper added to tg bungah skyline…. tg bugah always had the beach city look, so more skyscrapers would give an awesome skyline to that area.
