Cheaper upgrade package, cheaper additional carpark, cheaper RM/sqft, lower density and away from hustle and bustle of the city.

If you feel comfortable for Ramah Pavillion, just go ahead and buy it. Just wonder why you still raise up a bunch of concern in one Foresta page.

ramah actually good perhaps win all..
One Foresta Cons is owners have to face gangster contractors and need to pay so-call “sampah fees”.
I don’t think Ramah will stop the gangster contractors problem. This problem almost happens in all Penang projects, not fair only pointed out one developer.
