A proposed commercial development by Paramount Property Sdn. Bhd. at Batu Kawan, Penang. It is part of the company’s University Metropolis development located located along Persiaran Cassia Barat 3, just a stone’s throw away from the upcoming KDU University College.

This development will consists of the following components:

PLOT 1

  • 2 blocks of 18-storey serviced apartments (612 units)
  • 3-storey shop offices (196 units)

PLOT 2

  • 2 blocks of 27-storey serviced apartments (520 units)

This is still pending for approval. Details to be available upon project launch.

    Me too, wanna be the 1st early bird to buy the serviced apartments. Wondering batu kawan batu there has any developer launched condo/apartment there for selling now? Im from Johor n not staying in PG, I knew this place when I visited PG few months ago and found that this area has great potential to grow in future. Hope anyone can give me some information?

    so far no have any news condo/apartment launching project yet as of now in batu kawan, currently construction on going for penang unversity of hull, penang design village, ikea, and penang affordable home….
