It is too near other apartments. Very congested and noisy. Especially very near the condo that is behind and besides. IT IS LEASEHOLD. Also on RECLAIMED LAND.
Jkp is malay develoer.
I quess too many affordable homes being built in Penang already because Some affordable homes goverment cannot sell and has to be release to the public at a higher price.
Please keep in mind that this is a prime area.

Just received offer letter from state government. 6.4.2016 is signing celermony date. Hmmm.. will go there have a look first. Don’t how much yet. Price increase at higher floor. See how on that day, dont know whether is rumah mampu milik or rumah mampu tengok sahaja. Hahaha… should go there have a look.

（槟城13日讯）由中央政府主导的房屋发展机构（JKP）一项政府屋业发展计划疑结构出现问题，从年初停工至今。
该房屋发展计划是位于敦林苍祐大道旁，工程从去年开始，不过今年初停工，而工程机械仍还在工地。《光华日报》联络上槟州房屋发展委员会主席佳日星及槟岛市政厅主席尤端祥了解，两人皆证实该屋业发展计划已停工，至今仍等候相关调查报告。
佳日星：发展商承诺 呈调查报告予州政府
佳日星说，发展商发现发展计划结构出现问题，所以自行停工，并承诺将于开斋节后将调查报告提呈予州政府。他说，州政府为了确保安全，接受该计划暂时停工，直到完成调查及确定结构安全为止才恢复动工。
他也说，至今没有接到任何民众投诉，而且州政府也要承包商确保整个发展计划结构没有问题。他补充，初步了解，是承包商使用的混凝土品质出现问题。
尤端祥：发展商自行停工 已聘独立调查单位检查
另一方面，尤端祥指出，承包商是发现发展计划结构出现问题后自行停工，并已委聘独立调查单位来进行检查，允诺完成调查报告之后，会提呈调查报告予州政府。他说，当发展商发现结构出现问题时立即停工并告知市政厅。市政厅不会针对此罚款，因为整个工程仍处于施工阶段。
根据资料显示该屋业发展计划名为Mutiara Rini，是日落洞区最新可负担及中廉价屋的发展计划，由房屋发展机构承建。该项发展计划于2015年10月推展，包含382个900平方尺的中价屋单位，192个售价7万5000令吉的中廉价屋（700平方尺）单位，以及192个售价4万2000令吉的廉价屋（650平方尺）单位。
沙鲁扎曼：工程非搁置 须进行测试才停工
房屋发展机构槟城总监沙鲁扎曼证实，该工程已经在今年初停工，预料在8月份提供报告予州政府。他强调，该工程不是搁置，只是要进行测试，所以才暂时停工。他说，该份报告至今仍未完成，预料会在8月份提呈报告予州政府。
