good luck another Ideal Developer… coming to you Positif Upaya as management office and soon your developer module will play tai chi here and there.. all your housing defect claim is due to bomba, due to design all been approve by gov..
Next time to buy any developer housing, remember all plan, material use, layout are Black and white in SnP… else after complete build YOU are the main problem cause they will not bear all their defect repair..GOOD LUCK
GOOD LUCK, Dun think they give you 2 year free maintenance fee… all had been counted into your purchase price, plus after 2 year lot of facility will be broken… then you know how much you going to pay your maintenance….my advice DUN BUY IDEAL property, you can go check it out HOW BAD IDEAL developer and after their service.
THEY just want your money only and give you low standard condo in cheap cheap vendor provider.
Any owner letting go their unit bcos of loan issue. I am direct buyer interested to buy with reasonable price. Prefer high floor facing airport, tower B. Tq
