This is the same bunch of clowns who built that water park condo in Perai, right in the middle of high voltage cables. Their principle is very simple, buy one cheap piece of land that comes with plenty of defects and nobody wants, then build something on it with all the frills, jack up price, and sell it. It’s only been one year after OC for this project, but there’s already at least 20 cases of bankruptcy auction for the units.

Pls go find out the exact location for this Oceanus before you trow your money away!

This is the house buyers’ problem who never do their own due diligence and falls into developer’s sweet talk / promise.

Don’t entirely blame on developers, their are there to make money. If don’t do your homework properly and simply buy buy buy without backup plan, you have to responsible for it too.

by the way, did the developer build the so-called ‘water park’ ?? HA~HA~HA~

Well, ok, I agree with you, they are suppose to be responsible for their own actions.

So…..what about drugs? Should we not make it illegal? And leave it to “consumers” to do their own “due diligence”? Don’t entirely blame the drug lords right? Hehehe….anyway, this is not important.
