A proposed affordable housing by Exclusive Charm Sdn. Bhd. along Jalan Sungai Rusa in Balik Pulau, Penang. It is located immediately opposite of Pinang Village housing scheme, next to SK Sungai Pinang. This development comprises a 30-storey building with 220 affordable units, and six units of shop lots.

This project is still pending for approval. More details to be available upon project launch.

    Went there last week, still the old town with lots of new residential houses and international school. Initially though it is a good place for retire, but convenient n entertainment also plays a very important role i think when I am old.

    @burong, when I am old and not so “sharp” at driving, I will choose to have many amenities around my place of stay. Thats why I have chosen Tanjong Tokong as my home. Easy access to everywhere. If people say traffic jam, retiree don’t need to leave the house and jam with the working crowd during peak hours. So solve the jam problem for me.
