Unlikely 3 storey terrace starting with RM 800K. It should be around ATM 600K onwards.
Even the Sunway Wellesley town house lower unit (1.5 storey) already around 600k.
Not think so this will sell starting 600k..
according to layout should be 22 by 65. Estimate price 800k onwards…
I think should be around 688k.
But this all depend on the layout and s/f as well.

Just went to the office this morning, the phase 1 will be completed this year, not sure when. Still have unit from developer letting go at 600K
For phase 2, it is estimated it will launch mid this year, end of the year only will sign SNP, so it will take 3-4 years from now to move in…
The maintenance fee for this project is Rm250, is quite high despite not having swimming pool and clubhouse

Not sure about the Feng sui. It was a Kampung previously (Kampung Aston).
I would say it is very near to BM town, which I think is very convenient.
I don’t recommend this project. This low density housing with only 97 terrace houses. Firstly, it’s strata title not an individual title. Secondly, the maintenance fee is RM 250 monthly (approximately RM 3,000 per year) with no facilities (i.e. swimming pool, gymnasium, clubhouse and etc). In other words, the management will be collecting RM 24,250 per month only for the security guard which is excessive.

Think twice if you want to get a house from this developer. This project is already listed in the government senarai projek perumahan swasta kategori sakit. They failed to deliver house on time.
