I had already signed snp on last weekend (Saturday). I request the official receipt from the lawyer which proven that i already given them the cheque. 10% downpayment 35k + lawyer fee 6.5k.However the lawyer told me that due to its weekend and the office is close,therefore, they unable to give me the receipt. I believe the price will fetch more than rm550k once completed. Its a good area for ownstay or investment. I missed this chance otherwise i will buy same unit and stay close to my sister..

do some homework before make decision, u have to wait 5 years after oc only can sell means around 8 years, at that time ur bank interest already more than 100k, after 8 years u sell 550k? earn 20k? 30k? worth? and this is affordable project, may be after 8 years affordable project still same below 400k, u think buyer willing to buy ur old unit with higher 150k? lucky u dint buy, 8 years time can invest 4 project landed property earn 4 times in mainland already.
