The unit is small, ugly n complicated grill need to follow, alot term n condition for renovation, motorbike need to paid for another excess card, the facility is nice but alot are build for commercial purpose , and some need to apply only can go in, it become unless for resident. Overoll it look like rental apartment insist your own house

I’m the owner of Ideal One Foresta and we are forced to pay “Sampah Fee” to appointed “debris collector” from Ideal Property. For me, they are “Gangster Contractor” and we are forced to pay RM600. Why Ideal Property allow this problem happen in Ideal One Foresta?

gangster contractor collect “sampah fee” … this happen for all ideal project. only some developer will not have such gangster problem, for ideal.. too bad. they just don’t care, you buy their project, you pay to those gangster.

I wonder how ideal project still manage to get award, with poor quality unit, gangsterism, poor service and maintenance. the state govt is still sleeping, and letting ideal to built so many projects. one fine day, all angry ideal buyer will pull down DAP from penang state. let me be the first to vote the opposition.

Our swimming pool maintenance is not good… saw alot of algae at tiles grouted area… and only 1 person maintaining it.

Banners are there at the facade of our building stated agents phone numbers… if all units do this then One Foresta will look like a LMC flat, the property price wont go up if the Management doesnt enforce…

And of cause the rubbish collection fees…its very very high and forcing residents.
