Tamarind with RM650k to 750k at seri tanjung pinang for me is considered great price by E&O. Affordable yet great location for us.. You can say that is bad investment..maybe for u &minority group. But for us this is great place & convenient for us. All amenities around to support us.

Those priced at 650k-750k have either very bad view/no view, located next to Jazz Hotel super big & noisy exhaust fans or facing low cost flats right in the face. Most buyers of tamarind ended up paying more than 800k just to avoid those horrible locations, and some paid even 900k+ for decent views. E&O really knows how to slowly suck their customers’ blood dry. It’s not that I am biased, but those who bought Tamarind Block A mostly felt cheated.

Frankly speaking , pg island all project now mostly high density d , if want stay peacefully , it is nearly impossible unless you re in the room , else prepare to share the swimming pool , the gym with thousand of people staying there , unless you re super rich buy super condo only 3 to 6 unit max per floor , else debate until next year all same , fall under same high density category , condo if unit more than 450unit and above , same all la luxury flat lol but area also important , choose area that less jam but then now not jam did not mean future wont be when all the project finish build , all also jam la …but there is one caught , if one place is all resident unit , the area even is high density it will still more peaceful than those area with high density but mix commercial , because it is like public place going to eat dinner and shopping etc go figure

Price for intermediate unit of 1097 sq ft only 1.5 million.As for corner unit 1335 sq ft for 1.8 million.Do check it out.

I would think City of Dreams is a good investment.The price may be high at this moment but if you vision 10 years ahead, the price would increase to min 2.5 million..this area is the most sought off residential place..with Gurney whaft within walking distance, future undersea tunnel to Prai and PIL1 highway to Bayan Lepas, the infrastructure itself will support price growth for surrounding residential and commercial properties.

You have to rent from taugeh E&O or taugeh sales agents for the “unsold” units. You can make it an international “kampung” for Myanmar, Indonesians, Banglas and perhap some from Thailand! !!!!!!!!!

I agree with you, every project also got some negative comments. I was told there were some disgruntled buyers here who bought cheap units facing those big exhaust fans installed in Jazz Hotel car park (they are REALLY BIG). They thought they got a good deal initially, but looks like they will have a hard time either living there or selling it. That’s why always put bad comments here.

No doubt that the E&O quality as demonstrated in showroom is high. For those who are eligible, can consider. The rebate package quite attractive. But personally feel overpriced, eg. some floor with good number such as 8, 18 etc. all need to top up significant money as high as 10-20K…Anyhow, ard almost sold out, left only few units, which are not so nice or super high price.

I think yes, 90% +/- sold. With the total of 1000+ units, 10% is about 100 units left unsold, sounds about right.
Most of the buyers bought because of tanjung tokong location. However, 30%-40% of the purchasers are not happy with their purchase, but too late to cancel. Some feel cheated due to very badly facing units (face big exhaust fans, face PORR, face low cost flats), and some feel the price too high but only realise after signing S&P.
It is true. I was just at their sales gallery yesterday. 95% sold for both towers.

Both towers, tower A is 95% sold and tower B also 95% sold. My Friend actually bought one unit today. He signed the S&P to get the extra 2% discount. Type B all sold out. Remaining type C high floor facing pool is quite expensive at rm900K onwards. So my Friend bought the biggest unit at rm1 million after discount, not facing pool but with sea view facing tg bungah.

You should have done your homework before buying. PORR plan has been there all this while, it’s not something new. Well, ok, maybe people did not expect the “elevated” highway, but I guess a highway is a highway, whether elevated or not, just as noisy and dusty.
