strata title has yet issued for over 10years ago project, developer always unable to be contacted, no reply mail and cause subsale and refinancing case unable to complete. I wonder who willing to take high risk to buy your high rise project? if you want to convince potential purchaser to buy please clear up those days rubbish work first

1: You can visit government section check this company that’s purchased by new boss and in charge by new management, from KL company (year 2011)
2: You can check with Public Bank, this company got EF in Public Bank means that bank already approved the company project which is strongly support the company.

Very poor customer service and very rude front desk.The lady whom work as front desk at Raja uda office yelled at us like she is the owner of the company and as well as very rude man whom dress like a contractor man.All we want is they fix the piping system as they promised to.Highly not recommended.Not able to deliver what they promise.If you ever consider their project,do yourself a favour,looks somewhere else
Do not buy anything fro Wooley Development , their after sales service is a joke. Very rude front desk and even the Project manager he just refuses to answer his mobile.
They are interested only to sell but don’t give a hoot about reputation.
My first and last purchase for any of Wooley projects. I would avoid this developer.
