SP Setia in penang closed shop d. Moved to bertam to make money. Probably given up Penang for good already. Maybe they will sell the land, not sure.
What happened to this project? Expected launch this year, but already november. Sales agent say the developer give up this project completely. is it real?
They should take down the big banner promoting Setia Miracca on site location. Since they already completely given up on this project and planning to sell the land, why make people call their customer service for no reason? They don’t even have alternative project to offer in Penang island. Really lousy developer, hope they faster sell the land and let other developer do the job. They can focus their setia fontainnes or whatever

Yes, SP Setia should be gone case already. I asked the their sales agent in-charge of Setia Miracca, she said she left SP Setia already, they give up penang and go sell bertam. Almost 90% of their employee resigned in penang. Maybe this land will sell to others to develop since they cannot

What to do, Penang SP Setia all pindah to Bertam.
ya, confirmed by setia bertam sales gallery this project cancelled already, they now focus bertam project only. if still want this area similar with low density can go for laguna bay project by kobay berhad, not just seaview but really at sea beach one.
don’t care. if SP Setia bankrupt or cannot build penang project. faster sell the land to other capable developer to build. don’t waste the location
