What I know their 1st project is fully sold out. SNP most sign around ~March timeframe. Now the site project progress around 70% completion.
I think they want to rush to finish b4 GST kut on their 1st project?
Anyway, more info for this project. How to park 4 cars for 1 small lot? Just curious.

70% completion? That is super duper fast!
I guess 70% la. pass by that area and went site see, can see whole plot of land with structural beam and walls, some just left roof top (50% without rooftop).
That is y I foresee they will launch this during next year CNY???

Front and back parking… but the build up should be around 38/40 by 20 only, with land 70 by 20?
This round can show that Mr Tan or others in Pegasus Residence telling the truth or not, they claimed that NGP have a fight /quarrel with this developer. If true, NGP will not be their sales agent.
450k for town house, make a total of 900k per 3 floor. I think this price will go up upon release to public….

The build up size I guess shall be 22/24 by 45/43. Land size should be something 22/24 by 80/75.
