Yea, easier for people to rob at night cause surrounding is hutan, easy to run, BJ Indah house already build complete also not yet sell finish surround by low cost there.. LOL

Yes, not yet sold out due to the price is very strong and not any cheaper than other freehold houses. Most ppl still can’t accept ‘leasehold’ property, but in future, when ppl start getting mature, then will realise land title is not everything, but the living environment and location are.
I heard their project The Address condo sold out. Left the Duplex loft. Very nice concept and very low density. The trehaus also another luxury dev. no doubt its leasehold but location and environment is good. any ideas is this good for investment.

Easier for people to rob at night if surrounding is hutan!? For Bayan Lepas area, you may get a shoplot in Queensbay & stay there. Or rent a lokap lot, I bet nobody dare to rob you at balai polis.

The design is so nice, clean and elegant…bukit jambul is a nice place to stay green and windy, if the title can convert to freehold is so much better…

There’s no need to be upset, you just need to work harder and smarter, and make the right investments, and before you know it, you are already rich yourself. You might want to take note that most people in Penang buy million dollar houses with CREDIT, money which they do not own yet. So they might LOOK rich, but actually not that rich. Ada gaya saja.

my max credit can go to 830k only and I wish to find those 500k or below. I don’t want high commitment now. I feel crazy to max the loan to get 1 house. what happen if jobless, vss very often in penang and increase of management fees etc ?
nvr mention renovation fees summore. the affordable house also very small. usually 600 to 900 sqf only. either i buy the small unit or ikat perut to buy unit larger than 1000 sqf.
