Tambun Indah buys land worth RM150mil in Penang
Tambun Indah Land Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Palmington Sdn Bhd, has proposed to acquire 27 parcels of freehold land in Penang worth RM150 million from TPPT Sdn Bhd.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, Tambun Indah said the purchase of the land totalling 84.8 hectares would be satisfied by cash.
It said the proposed acquisition is in line with Tambun Indah’s strategy to expand its land bank in locations with growth potential and strengthen its foothold in the property market in mainland Penang.
Going forward, the group expects prospects for the property market in Penang to remain positive and the proposed acquisition to enhance the overall viability as well as value of the Pearl City flagship township and its vicinity.– Bernama
well said, Orginiser……
warren buffet once quoted, “Price is what you pay, Value is what you get”.
I believes that they use same damn strategy as before, they buy a isolated land, chicken/pig farm land, forest land. Then when they want develop that land they will compare or put name similar with great project. I owner of Juru Heights. Frankly the Juru Heights location is very bad the road is damn narrow, isolated area, very near with chicken farm, fully with foreign workers. But at selling stage they told this Juru Heights project is similar with Jesselton Heights. Nowday if u compare the conditions of Juru Heights with Jesselton Heights is mostly very different
@Kooi
Hahaha…..too bad, you got conned by Tambun Indah. Now they say bye bye to you already, bye bye with your money in their hands. They are moving on now to con other people.
Pg gov will place the foreigners in Juru according to their plan. May be u can get another opportunity in future. Nothing to do with TI project in Pearl City.
whoh, no cleavage pls. I feel very tense every time a get near a cleavage. It blurs your ability to make sound decision. And then my pants get very tight, it’s like something is ready to burst out.
Ya, your wallet
I agree with some of the comment here. Tambun Indah(TI) poor in their quality of work. As a buyer, one of their project. I feel disappointed on their service, poor workmanship and material used. In future, any project launch by TI no longer in my priority list.
the bank loan is getting tougher cos all are over priced
difficult to get loan nowadays
Yes. I also know that. The bankers all knew of this. but both of them are treating like no body care business.
This areas is one of the residential focus zone nowadays. but the pui pui tan tot it is easy to sell all houses here so she is so elegant that all can sold easily and act rough to all. TI is playing the prices here by topping up for buyer to enter without downpayment. the houses here is not as high as what you hear lo.
