    @Alfred
    For Block B, If we got 6 lifts or more maybe your idea can work.
    I believe M summit arrange car park and house on same floor (For level 1-12) already reduce alot traffic congestion.

    Hi guys,

    i just signed my snp. but then one thing i am worry about.
    these few years, there are alot of completed projects being like “assigned” to only one or two constructor like a “gang” ppl they sit at entrance and asking you about renovation things.
    And the main point is they charge you 2-3times exp than outside ppl. sometimes i can say their works are not as good as others too.

    BUT… if you insist not to use their service, you have to buy cement with them which is around 2-4times exp than outside ppl sell….(facepalm)

    AGAIN… if you insist to buy anything from them…. you might face a lot of problem with them within past few month… what kind of problems is very hard to say… but it happened to my fren and relative…

    Hope that rp wont have this kind of issue happened when it completed….

    My few questions: 1) The electrical supply is single phase right? (normally) But when we take upgrade package, a lot of e/p have been added, is it single phase sufficient to support?
    2) What is the floor finishes for lift lobby and corridor? Tiles or just normal cement screed?
    3) The access card is for gate only? How bout lift?
    4) The post box is placed at centre of building? or both block have post box?
    5) Is there lift bomba at block B, cause Block B lift seems all 4 is normal lift?

    Just my few questions only. Hopefully waterproofing is done well. Hopefully M Summit will do well in workmanship in order for us to have a good environment of living. ^^

    Hi!! :) Anyone here owns type B1? Where can I get the floor plan? It’s nowhere to be found. Thanks.

    @Zhi
    Normally the one offered by bank is MRTA. I’ve heard from my agent that MLTA is a better choice as the sum assured remain throughout the length of loan and also it could be extended on your next house. On the other hand, MRTA only protects you from the balance/remaining loan you have, the sum assured decreases as time goes by. Hope this helped! : )

    Did anyone notice the road to Teluk Kumbar flooded near Saujana Heights last Wed? Check FB “Penang Kini”. Hope they will ensure proper drainage being implemented in future.

    i stay nearby ramah. so far no flood problem la. except for last wednesday near saujana. i think that place flood because of excessive development near that area with TPPT, dzone, and pavilion resort.

    actually road to ramah, only need to widen that gertak sanggul junction only. besides that junction and the saujana area, i have never faced any issue like flooding or jam or anything. after saujana its smooth sailing until that gertak sanggul junction. and after that junction again smooth sailing.

    Ya u r dreaming, road will be widen up to crystal home only, before Platinum III.

    The T junction after “hao you seafood” is dangerous, traffic busy.

    Road after the T junction after “hao you seafood” also dangerous, few area with blind corner.

    Any how, have to buy RP, cheap and affordable. i buy type B too, neighbor :)

    Just wondering the calculation of the monthly interest payment.. As per yumi comment, type. B 358k 90 percent loan, assume that 10 percent of 358k is 35.8k, so 1 year interest only 1.6k(4.5 rate). Although interest serve on daily basic, bt i think the interest should not exceed 200. Any sifu can advise here? Thanks in advance..
