Is this next to Ivory’s Aston Villa? How much is this selling?
Aston Park by Ivory has QUIETLY been CANCELED. Wonder if it’s because of MY COMMENT on This Blog about POLLUTION on Jalan Usahaniaga. And NOW this So Called “MAP” given above for Aston Vista is Very COY about Exact Location. Where got SPACE between Summit, Jit Sin and Aston Villa ?? And I find it very hard to believe Aston Villa Fully Occupied ALREADY ? Seri Jaya 2, Sentosa, BM City, Dutamas, Signature, Promenence, And a few more ! If this is not a oversupply situation like Ordos Inner Mongolia (google it) , I will Eat my Virtual Hat. More EMPTY condos !

Hooray, hooray, 21st Condo in BM area in next 3 years. Buyers are spoilt for condo choices and developers going to HUAT ah, HUAT ah, HUAT ah.

this is really crazy!! the summit almost die, and the road around summit full of bangla… built a condo at this location make the traffic there explode….

Very competitive price in bm market. Nowadays most of the condo in bm area already more than 350psf.

gonna be so congested. surveyed the area, seems like so difficult to get in and get out
if you work in Kulim/BM, than this place will be okay to stay.
If you work in Penang Island, probably will get a bit traffic
I find the area very congested especially a lot of traffic lights before reaching there
frankly speaking, this area if talk about amenities is very convenient. almost everything also have (near to wet market, groceries shop, hospital, etc)… many ppl complaining no entertainment… but once have night entertainment it will become very complex d n some more noisy… we r looking for a quite place for home… imaging what if ur home surrounded with pub/bistro or maybe f&b outlet? it will cause u such as access problem (full of cars blocking the way), noisy (business till very late), dirty etc…
for my personal point of view, a quite n secure is the main point with surrounded basic needs. can rest easily with quite to ease ur mind after work. a real place to called HOME.
