Look nice. Next weekend pay a visit to Star Property for an update on this project. But the price should be expensive as well.

    this project got shoplots also?

    Here are my concerns:
    1. This is a high rise building rite? Do u all realise that there is a excavation/hill blasting going on the opposite side of the road? It is still there after 10 years now. Would it increase the risk of cracking on the high rise due to the blasting effect/vibration.

    2. There too many housing(from bungalows to highrise/med or even hi end) laying around. Not too many people are able to own it. What will happen to these projects?

    3. High end projects coupled with shop lots? Im trying to be optimistic here, but look at the Ivory tower. Full with foreigners and cars (from patrons of the shop lots) parked everywhere.

I don’t see the pros behind all these luxurious condos.
But again….these are just my 2 cents thoughts.
