This is very nice. 4 units per floor. 1410 sqft. Spacious and privacy. Only 600k onwards?
If yes, this is much much better than skycube or any recent launch condo in sg ara/relau areas.

wah…..76 units only…super low density…..but how much will be the maintenance fee to maintain everything? rm0.20-0.25? that will be rm280-350 ! Or more?

Bad layout design. At main entrance immediate its kitchen, some more the master bed room entrance direct facing the second bath room entrance, master room door direct VS bath room door, very bad for fengshui. 1400 sq ft @ minimum price RM600K consider cheap? lol

Apperance looked descent. Price not confirm. May not be what u hope for. But only 76 units, I guess hard to grab one.
I was at the launch 2 weeks ago at D’Piazza. The prices are from rm430 to rm500 psf which is quite inexpensive for Relau. Surprisingly, there were 8 sales persons and only 2 customers. I was told that they sold about 10 units on that day. I think the housing market is really cooling down and it will only get worse with the GST next year.

location wise i think is not so good!! Besides 2 low cost flat(behind taman bendera). but you can eat cheap economy rice at low cost flat there. The developer should be the gangster for dpiazza earlier.
Higher end condo nearby … Alpine, lakeview and parkview .. will get hit first. Just did a quick check ~1400sq ft in Alpine is still going for ~690K. If those dropped to ~600K, then the smaller 1200 units will go below 500K … then golden triangle will kena … chain effect is coming.

Saw land being cleared, land looks small.
Location just beside the two petrol stations.
May have problem with authority approval cos the only exit/entrance is adjacent to Paya terubong main road.
