Land beside second bridge 20 acres has been sold to Titijaya, we can expect new development, this should be complementary to Southbay.

It will be great and good news if your source is reliable. I was dreaming how good if there is reserved area for public park and garden by sea side..

    Hi PBBinvest,
You can go google Titijaya Penang land. It was reported last month.

cross, the land mentioned by PBBinvest is not the land that Titijaya bought over recently. I quite sure for this. If Titijaya own the land now, MPPP is already in the deep shit.

Is batu maung a nice place to stay or invest? I feel it is so far away from city centre and also the second bridge toll expensive and distance too long.

alamak… titijaya i dont trust them….. many kl developers are trying their luck in penang… they are coming for a hit-and-run… not all developers but most…. titijaya projects near my house in subang most of them sell to bulk-buyers… all flipped price… equine came to penang got chased out… its a good thing…. their project in usj in the middle of forever congested area… in klang valley people hardly object… in penang there are more intellectual people…. keep it up…. save penang from these malpractices….

    12% on assessment rate

    35% more on utility bills

    Hmm…
